Her story
K. Renee’s walk with Christ deepened during her Army service in the Sinai desert, through one-on-one discipleship, and a baptism in the Jordan River. From there came a lifelong devotion to knowing God through His Word.
She went on to lead in classrooms and schools as a teacher, department chair, instructional coach, and assistant principal of instruction, building environments where growth is expected and people are never shamed in the process.
She has buried what she loved, survived what she never asked for, and rebuilt more than once. As a widow, a wife, and a mother, she knows what it costs to keep showing up, and what it means to be held by God while you do.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Ministry philosophy
K. Renee carries an educator’s eye and a pastor’s heart. Lesson plans become discipleship plans. Data becomes testimony. Coaching cycles become spiritual formation pathways.
She believes healing is holy, boundaries are biblical, and emotional health is not optional for people who lead. Relationships precede correction, and obedience is stronger than polish.

Elder K. Renee Sullivan is a U.S. Army veteran, educator, instructional coach, and ministry leader, and the founder of FE²nominal, a Scripture-rooted formation community for high-capacity women of faith. Through the S.L.A.Y. framework (Spirit-Led, Loved, Anointed, Yielded), she helps women identify their “who” before their “why,” so they can lead, love, heal, build, and obey from identity instead of performance.
